Shopping Basics

For shipping, we make use of PostNL.

You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your items. You will receive your refund within 7 working days. Please make sure to treat the garment like it’s your little baby – when you return it, it should look like it’s new so that we can sell it to someone else. We do not offer refunds for treatments that have visibly been worn.

Yes we do! We offer shipping to all countries within the European Union. Find a list of all those countries here. In the future, we are looking into ways to ship outside of the European Union as well. Follow us on Instagram to stay up to date.

Payments

We offer iDeal, credit card, PayPal, Klarna and Bancontact.

Yes. You can use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, PostePay and Cartes Bancaires.

Shipping & Returns

It’s very easy! When you order, you will receive your item including the return label. You don’t have to pay for returns. If you lost your return label, please reach out to us via hi@thejohanna.com.

This depends on the payment method you use, but in general it takes about 7 working days before you receive your money back.

Once your order is confirmed, you cannot cancel the order since it’s probably already in production. You can return it within 30 days once you have received your order.
